Promotion of diverse human resources

Employment
With an aim of promoting business targeting overseas and inbound markets, OpenDoor actively employs a wide range of personnel. We will increase this percentage, including in the employment of new graduates, as we aim to create workplaces that are multicultural and where diverse human resources can be actively involved.

Training
In order to facilitate workplace diversification and multicultural exchange, OpenDoor has established the system that subsidizes the expenses of external English conversation lessons.

Promotion of women’s participation and advancement in the workplace

Numerical goals
OpenDoor aims to achieve a ratio of at least 15% of women in management positions by the end of March 2026. To fulfill our objectives of more women working as OpenDoors’ core human resources, we will enhance the working environment for women from a wide diversity of perspectives. Details of initiatives are published in the “Database of Companies Promoting Women’s Participation and Advancement” on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s website.

Acquisition of the Kurumin Mark

We will continue to improve the workplace environment where employees can balance both their careers and parenting.

As of March 31, 2022, the percentage of female employees was 46.8%.

Support for employee health

Among our activities to promote the physical and mental health of employees, we provide regular health checkups, stress checkups, and one-on-one guidance by an occupational physician. In addition, to support employees so that they can work in good physical and mental health, we cover the expenses of up to five visits to the gym per month as part of our welfare program.

Establishment of an internal report desks

Internal report desks have been set up both in-house and in an outside law office to handle reports on matters such as compliance violations and harassment.

Elimination of child labour and forced labour

We never use child labour and forced labour.
